It’s as old as Ancient Egypt and as mysterious as Persia, and yet its aroma is still as intoxicating as ever. In this illustrated talk, Somerset novelist Justin Newland explores our continued fascination with the rose.

I don't charge travelling expenses for sites within 100 miles of my home in Weston-super-Mare.
I prefer giving talks during the day time - mornings and afternoons - and during the weekdays.
