Workshops to help people to relax and unwind, with bespoke exercise advice which included things people could do to help themselves. This session also involved a short dance/exercise class.
Views: 15 | Enquiries: 0My Dance for Life classes started in 2018. As I taught, so too did I learn. I study which exercises we should be doing for optimum health, especially in older years. I teach classes every week to a variety of organisations both online and live.
I also learned Parkinson's Dance and run regular classes for people living with neurological conditions.
My aim is to improve health and happiness through movement to music.
I can tailor my talks for specific audiences, and can include participation (i.e. gentle exercise) if required.
