Views: 354 | Enquiries: 0My Effective Movement classes have been running since 2018. I keep up to date with health science to teach the best exercises for optimum health, both physical and mental, especially for those in their older years.
I am also a qualified Yoga Teacher and particularly enjoy teaching meditation, mindfulness and the amazing power of the breath.
Each week I teach online classes to international organisations and also run live exercise and yoga classes in central Scotland. In the past I have given talks to various groups both online and live, talks can be short (20 minutes) or long and can include bespoke exercises.
My aim is to improve health and mental wellbeing through effective movement for everyone. I am particularly keen to encourage people to relax more and breath well, to reset their Para-sympathetic Nervous System.
I can tailor my talks for specific audiences, and can include participation as requested.
Topics may include deep relaxation, breathwork to calm the nervous system, exercise to improve balance, particular areas of the body (e.g. feet, hips, shoulders) and cognitive function.
