Michelle, known for her creativity and innovation, was one of the first Chartered Marketer accredited Marketing Managers in the professional services sector, working for a Legal 500 company. She worked her way from marketing manager in the private sector to earn her seat at the strategic leadership table in the public sector.

Michelle managed a diverse complement of employees across multiple locations and disciplines at an early age. She was one of the few non-teaching staff awarded a National Qualification for Headship, and was part of a management team that transformed a failing school into a successful school in a federation, later recognised as a pilot for the Academy Model we see today. She was named by multiple government agencies as creating, not following, best practice and led a team to win a National Healthcare Innovation Partnership award during an era when collaborative working was little more than a dream.

Now a podcast host for the NHS exploring leadership, Michelle is regularly asked to speak for The Law Society, The Institute of Chartered Accountants, Barclays Bank, Jersey Business, and others. She brings eight degrees, is completing her MBA and has a depth of expertise at a leadership level. Her career spans legal, professional services, higher, secondary, primary education, and healthcare, demonstrating that her insights are actionable across various sectors.
