Silk routes which originally started from China , changed during its long history. It helped to transfer goods and ideas fro East to West. Now the modern China , with its new Belt and Road initiative, tries to dominate the world !

Dr Javad Hashemi was borne in Tehran,Iran.He taught Biology and Science Education at University of Tehran. he then came to UK where he met his wife and worked at NCR and Local Government Education Departments. He is a keen photographer, a Lepidopterist and a Pocillovist. He practices Persian Miniature Paintings and, enjoy travelling, Natural history and research on British history and ceramics
