Numerous individuals with disabilities experience feelings of isolation, discrimination, and stigma in the workplace.

This is especially true for individuals with disabilities who are introverted.

I am committed to using my voice to share my personal experiences in order to inspire others to advocate for positive change, advocate for necessary resources and policies for individuals with disabilities.
