Emily Bronte is perhaps best known for her novel ‘Wuthering Heights’. However, she was also an accomplished poet. In this talk I focus on her life and her poetry , and especially the imaginary land of ‘Gondal’ that she and her sister Anne created. The talk is interspersed with readings of her poetry.
