In this talk we discuss borderline personality disorder (BPD) and learn more about this condition, its causes, symptoms and treatments. We also look at the impact BPD has on several aspects of life, such as relationships, career and physical health, and how it affects the people around them.

I am the founder of Borderline Support UK CIC and have lived experience of borderline personality disorder, and other mental health conditions. I am a professional peer supporter and have worked and volunteered in mental health for several years.

Borderline Support UK CIC supports people in the UK who are living with, or affected by, borderline personality disorder. We provide peer support groups, signposting, education and awareness sessions, and information and guidance.
