I am a dynamic professional with a unique blend of expertise as a nutritionist, pharmacist, and health coach, specialising in the complex and often challenging realm of menopause. My personal journey through menopause, marked by confusion and a quest for effective solutions, was the catalyst for my deep dive into this field. I am passionate about empowering women with the knowledge and support they need to navigate this transformative phase of life successfully.

With a strong foundation in pharmacy, I bring a wealth of traditional medical knowledge to the table. However, it is my qualifications in nutrition and health coaching that truly allow me to offer a holistic perspective, exploring comprehensive solutions that encompass both physical and emotional well-being.

In addition to my one-on-one client work, I have taken the initiative to create safe and supportive spaces for women to connect and share their experiences through the Menopause Café, which I run in both Cranbrook and Rye.
