For thousands of years and in many different cultures the harp has been used to soothe the mind and relax the body. In this talk I will explain how this very special instrument has helped people throughout history and how it continues to do so today, in the UK and internationally. The talk will involve some live music on the harp for you to enjoy, as I demonstrate some of the approach taken by harp therapists.

The talk is hard to categororise as it covers history, health, hobbies, life skills and entertainment!

'Your talk was one of the best we’ve had recently -everyone went home smiling and inspired'
