Creating a high-performing team is essential to achieving success in today's fast-paced business world. But what makes a team truly high-performing? It's not just about hiring the best talent, but also about creating a culture that allows individuals to thrive and work collaboratively towards shared goals. In this keynote speech, Kevin explores the key elements that build and nurture a culture of high-performance. Kevin takes the audience through the importance of creating an environment that encourages team members to challenge and drive themselves as well as everyone around them (including you). Drawing on his own experiences as a leader building high-performing teams, Kevin will leave the audience with the understanding of the incredible power of team culture and the affect it has on an organisation.

About Kevin Riley

Kevin is a failed businessman.

After 19 successful years his business failed and was forced into liquidation. At that time, he had 70 employees and the business was turning over £20 million pounds per year. The devastation this failure caused was crushing.

In the aftermath, Kevin maxed out all of his credit cards. His debt grew to £150,000 and his dreams of being a prosperous business owner were shattered.

Are you wondering why you should take advice from Kevin?

Would it help to know that his company was the victim of fraud and his use of credit cards was a deliberate part of a well-planned strategy to resurrect his career?

He is an advocate of learning from life lessons and refused to let the final devastating days of his first companies decline define him in the world of business. He vowed to use the lessons he learnt to rebuild and exceed all expectations, and most importantly, help others to do the same.

Kevin is now a debt free award-winning business growth specialist. His current business has broken high growth records and turns over a seven-figure sum per annum. His accolades include the Great British Franchisee Awards ‘Franchisee of the Year Award’, Growth Coach of the Year and Coach of the Year Awards for 3 consecutive years, and the British Franchise Association HSBC ‘Community Hero Award’.

The shift from where he was to where he is now was full of difficulties, challenges, hurdles and tough decisions – and he wants to share them all with you. This is where the journey from ordinary to extraordinary begins. It is a path paved with emotion, hard work, fun, positivity, belief and inspiration.

Kevin’s keynotes contain powerful insights around all the areas that helped to put him back on his feet. They delve deeper into the important lessons he has gain during 25+ years of business ownership (yep, he’s old!). They are infused with humour, powerful insights, inspiration and uplifting stories of overcoming the odds to reach one’s full potential.

Keynote topics include: • Truth and Trust in Business – Truth is the foundation of trust. • Thriving Together – Creating a high-performance team and culture. • Growing Pains - Overcoming challenges when scaling your business at speed. • Mastering Sales – How to convert at 100%.

As you get to know him, you’ll find Kevin is a high energy, fast paced individual with a desire to positively impact everyone he meets. He has a great love of the outdoors, consciously choses to live life to the full and aims to inspire those around him to believe that anything is possible.
