How Posture affects Pain - 6 Daily Things for More Good Back Days - a practical and experiential talk using Alexander Technique.

Easy daily movements done mindfully in an embodied way can reverse many nerve and muscular-skeletal issues.

Most of us were not given a User Manual for our body when we were born. Learn how your brain and body communicate, how to direct your movements in kind ways to get the best from what you’ve got.

Back pain, knee pain, hip pain, headaches, depression, anxiety and breathing problems can all be improved when you cooperate with the plan. I will show you how.

I’m a complementary practitioner with over 20 years continuous practice and work online and in person in Sheffield S11.

I typically work with women aged 55-65 who are struggling with back pain for 5 years or more and are fed up suffering and unable to play sport, hike or tend their garden. Working together I help them unlearn harmful habits thoughts and movements so they can get the best of themselves for the coming life they want to live.

I work with Alexander Technique, Family & Systemic Constellations and Resonant Healing Language.
