Do you struggle with a harsh and critical voice inside your head and self-talk which is scathing and energy-sapping? Do you long for a way to be a better friend - to others and yourself? Would it be sweet to know there is a way to heal your brain from difficult and unintegrated experiences no matter how long ago? Our brains can learn and change and grow - known as plastic - at any age. I can show you how. And share some skills to start using with immediate effects.

About Lucy Ascham

I’m a complementary practitioner with over 20 years continuous practice and work online and in person in Sheffield S11.

I typically work with women aged 55-65 who are struggling with back pain for 5 years or more and are fed up suffering and unable to play sport, hike or tend their garden. Working together I help them unlearn harmful habits thoughts and movements so they can get the best of themselves for the coming life they want to live.

I work with Alexander Technique, Family & Systemic Constellations and Resonant Healing Language.

Helping your brain, body and family dynamics heal.
