The Beginners Guide to Managing Anxiety Introductory talk guides the audience through the initial process of identifying anxiety and creating tangible change in their lives.

Many people struggle with anxiety, whether they're aware of it or not. Anxiety can impact our belief systems, feelings, thoughts and behaviours which can impact every area of life; our health, our relationships, personal growth, our spirituality, playtime and our careers. Unmanaged anxiety can hold us back from living fulfilling and colourful lives.

The Beginner's Guide to Managing Anxiety helps people to identify and challenge anxiety in their lives by tapping into the natural and powerful human capacity for growth and change.

During the talk, we begin by defining anxiety and identifying how it shows up in our lives, addressing many of the limiting beliefs people have about managing anxiety.

The audience will then be walked through how to identify where anxiety shows up in their life and recognise where they may need guidance. They'll be taught techniques to experience a new way of engaging with anxiety.

During this talk, I'll use examples and stories to help them see the world, themselves and their capacity for growth in a new light in order to overcome and learn tangible tools to identify, manage and grow beyond anxiety when it shows up.

The audience will gain knowledge and information on actionable steps to apply in their own lives to manage anxiety and excel throughout all different areas of life, reaching their potential.

They will learn how to build their current competence and confidence and recognise their true identity, so they can experience the fullness life has to offer.
