Much of the prevailing wisdom on what is good for us to eat is based on dietary beliefs, not facts. In this talk I will bust a few key myths that may be holding you back from long term, sustainable, weight loss and good health.

I transformed my own health over a decade ago, putting my Type 2 diabetes into remission and losing my excess weight through eating a lower carb, real food diet and will share my story in the talk.

Providing inspiration for others on how eating well can improve health and be done in a sustainable way. Plus a few initial steps and tips to think about putting into practice straight away...
