Having failed more than I have succeeded: you may find my lessons learnt helpful so that you swing that balance more in your favour? I will describe a few highlights in life and careers that have been challenging and show that I too often jump in with both feet and somehow land on them. In recounting so maybe we can all improve together?

About Tony Douglas

I was born in Kenya grew up in Scotland had a successful military career as a combat engineer including being one of the first ashore in the Falkland Islands in 1982 and much else besides. Having left the army after the first Gulf War I have had a roller coaster career which now focuses on specialised manufacturing of engineering polymers.
