THE PRESENTATION WILL LOOK AT THE ORIGINS OF THE SEVEN WONDERS AND WILL ILLUSTRATE THE STORIES OF THE GREAT PYRAMID, THE HANGING GARDENS OF BABYLON, THE TEMPLE OF ARTEMIS AT EPHESUS, THE MAUSOLEUM AT HALICARNASSUS, THE PHAROS OF ALEXANDRIA, THE COLOSSUS OF RHODES, THE STATUE OF ZEUS AT OLYMPIA.

Graduate of University of London, Institute of Archaeology specialising in Archaeology of the Roman Provinces and Classical Civilisation. Excavated classical sites in Italy, South of France and the UK. Lectured in archaeology, heritage and tourism for Universities of Bournemouth, Bath Spa, Bristol and FE Colleges of London, Stevenage and Chippenham. Curated at museums in London, Burton-on-Trent, Swindon and Chippenham., After retirement in 2010 as a curator I continue to work as a freelance expert lecturer for UK and European specialist heritage providers. I have guided groups in many of the European and Arab countries and have worked as a specialist archaeological and history lecturer for the European and World cruise market. Published author with both national and local media experience. Regular speaker to Rotary, Probus, U3A and WI.
