Based upon my great great grandmother's autobiography, this talk shows the British Raj in India in a very different light. She was a most unusual and indomitable Parsi woman and had an amazing life, learning to drive a car in London in 1907 at the age of 77 and meeting King Edward VII at Windsor, amongst other things. A light hearted talk, covering bits of hidden history about the British Raj and its influence on the women of India.

I trained as a Fashion designer in the USA and subsequently opened a boutique in Surrey, raising substantial funds for various charitable causes. A Passion for Fashion' is my second talk. As a young family we bought and restored a ruin in rural France...talk number three. Talks four and five are based on a river trip from St Petersburg to Moscow. I am the author of two books and have had a very interesting life. I love sharing all the unusual stories I have accumulated over the years.
