Author Caroline James has owned and run businesses encompassing all aspects of the hospitality industry, a subject that features in her best-selling novels. For many years, she ran a business that represented celebrity chefs, a job she loved and some hilarious experiences are included in her talks. Caroline may take you on a magical culinary journey through the eyes of a celebrity chef or inspire you to write your novel. She is currently based in the UK but has a great fondness for travel and escapes whenever she can. A public speaker, consultant and food writer, Caroline is a member of the Romantic Novelist’s Association and the Society of Women Writers and Journalists. She also writes articles and short stories and contributes to many publications.
