This talk is about the life of the artist Claude Henry Buckle R.I R.S.M.A my father. He was a famous railway poster artist when railway posters were in their heyday. He also established himself as one of finest watercolour artists of the 20th century. I will bring along examples of posters and original fine art and supplement the talk with slides showing the artist’s home in Vernham Dean near Andover. (Talk lasts 45 mins)

Presentations are mainly with Power point slides. I can provide my own equipment. The length of the presentations can be tailored and are not longer than ¾hr. The talk can be illustrated with display boards, mounted/framed prints so one or two tables would be useful.

This talk can be offered remotely using Zoom or other computer sharing applications.
