Lydia Davis is a keynote speaker, founder of Right Track Wellbeing Ltd and host of the Riding the Trauma Train podcast. Through lived experience, powerful storytelling and practical trauma-informed insight, she helps organisations better understand human behaviour, build resilience and create more compassionate cultures.

Her talks challenge audiences to replace the question “What’s wrong with you?” with “What happened to you?”, transforming the way people understand themselves and those around them. Honest, engaging and thought-provoking, Lydia equips audiences with practical tools they can use immediately to improve wellbeing, communication and connection.

Whether speaking to businesses, healthcare, education, emergency services or charities, Lydia leaves audiences with a new perspective, meaningful action and a lasting reminder that every behaviour has a story.
