I am an author, journalist and creative writing tutor from SW London who enjoys speaking about writing.
My talks are all about giving people the confidence to write and to begin their writing journey. Whether someone wants to write fiction, non-fiction, features, children's picture books or screenplays, I will tell you everything I've learnt in my thirty-plus years as a writer and in my ten-plus years as a writing tutor.
One of my most popular talks is on memoir writing for beginners, but having now created over 600 workshops (that I teach) my talks can be on any writing-related subject.
My talks are interactive and I ask those attending to bring a pen and paper.
