Ruby is a sound therapist and reiki master teacher.

We use our lived experience to coach individuals through emotionally challenging times.

Our work has revealed how the body stores emotions. These can then be passed from one generation to another.

Our overall health can suffer as a result, so we show what we can do to break those cycles.

In addition we are currently studying to be a death doula too.
