I’ve been a member of the Eggheads television quiz team on the BBC, and latterly on Channel 5, since the show began over twenty years ago.

I was previously champion on Mastermind and Brain of Britain, achieving record scores on both which still stand. I have subsequently won the quizzing world, European and British quiz championships on numerous occasions.

I talk about my life in quizzing, how Eggheads works/is made, and the world of quizzing, with whatever emphasis is required, and hopefully with some humour! I’m very happy with Q and A, I like the audience interaction.

My own particular passion is history - I was undefeated on the subject on Eggheads for 10 years - and so I have also given talks on historical subjects.
