Experiencing the shock of capture on operations defined the future of my military career. Wanting to learn from the experience, I became an expert in hostage survival, stress management and influence. From teaching Resistance to Interrogation to Special Forces or negotiating face to face with the Taliban in Afghanistan to gain life saving intelligence, I have operated at the pinnacle of military elite influence – changing mindsets to save lives…

I am proud to say that proceeds from my talks allow me to provide concessionary rates to veterans and emergency services suffering from mental health, whilst also supporting my continuous professional development as a speaker, coach and therapist to increase the scope of services I can provide.

I’m based in West Sussex (Brighton/Shoreham/Worthing) and regularly travel to London. I’m willing to travel further when schedule allows. My availability is usually evenings and weekends.
