Biography:

Former military elite influence operator, turned therapist.

Experiencing the shock of capture on operations defined the future of my military career. Wanting to learn from the experience, I became an expert in hostage survival, stress management and influence. From teaching Resistance to Interrogation to Special Forces or negotiating face to face with the Taliban in Afghanistan to gain life saving intelligence, with a military career of 24 years in the Airborne Forces and other specialist units, I now specialise in mental health and wellbeing, delivering therapy for veterans.

All proceeds from the talks help me to deliver therapy to veterans and emergency services suffering from mental health, whilst supporting my continuous professional development as a therapist to increase the scope of services I can provide.

I’m based in West Sussex (Brighton/Shoreham/Worthing) and regularly travel to London. I’m willing to travel further when schedule allows. My availability is usually evenings and weekends.
