Graduate musician with a career in both classical and popular music; currently still regularly performing . Deep interest in non western music and performs on many stringed instruments from around the world. Explains the history and development of stringed instruments, showing these and playing on these. Countries include Bosnia, Greece, Turkey, Lebanon, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, India, China, Japan, Thailand, Iran, Bolivia, Morocco.

Whilst I take my music seriously, I try and make it fun for others (Kyrgyzstan punk!) and can talk from 45 minutes to two hours.
