Details of talks given by Simon Preston
The speaker is a father who has undergone a traumatic journey starting from the sudden and unexpected death of his daughter to his life changing discovery of being autistic that has set his new path in motion to help organisations to move their good intentions to meaningful implementation with regards to creating inclusive working cultures that embraces neurodiversity.
With 20 years of experience in education, following his autism diagnosis, he graduated with distinction with an MBA whilst specialising in neurodiversity inclusion. He is commencing his Doctor of Education research from September 2023, where he will be studying the lived experiences of neurodivergent teachers compared to their neurotypical peers.
