As a professional Blue and Green Badge Tourist Guide I travel a lot in the south of England and often in connection with a topic like visiting Jane Austen connected sites. I also have a keen interest in other historic topics such as English Country Houses and Gardens, Transport links, Britain at War amongst others. In the quieter months of the year I started to offer the first talk and are planning to prepare more. They are more like travelling around with a tourist guide showing and explaining what you see, but in the comfort of your local society meeting or even online. Talks can be given in English or German.
