About Kirsti Gwynn

I’m Kirsti, a South African so passionate about Positive Psychology (the science of wellbeing and resilience) that I moved to the UK to study a Masters degree in the topic. I now work as a coaching psychologist, trainer, and consultant. I’m often told that I have a way of making change feel invigorating, translating evidence-based concepts into simple actions. These days, I live in the beautiful city of Bath with my husband and two daughters. When I’m not sharing my love of Positive Psychology, I can be found getting out into nature or browsing the world’s most beautiful bookshop.
