About David Stirling

I have a website on the Goyt Valley near Buxton at www.goyt-valley.org.uk. This has been a 15-year hobby. I self-published a book on the area in February 2025 titled Errwood Hall & the Drowned Hamlet of Goyt's Bridge. I created an animated presentation during Covid lockdown that lasts about 45 minutes which I've presented to a number of local interest and history groups. And would be happy to do more if any other groups might be interested. I far prefer to do them in person rather than virtually. Not least because I use them as an opportunity to sell my book! I normally charge around £60 for these presentations.
