ADHD is often viewed through a medical or educational lens, but the reality is that it affects every aspect of a person's life. This awareness session explores the bigger picture, looking beyond symptoms to consider the emotional, social and psychological impact of ADHD. Topics include emotional regulation, self-esteem, identity, relationships and the challenges many ADHDers face throughout childhood and adulthood. Combining lived experience with professional knowledge, the session aims to increase understanding and challenge common misconceptions about ADHD.
