About Maureen O'Callaghan

Maureen O’Callaghan is a researcher, educator, and the founder of Beyond Money Education and Training CIC. With over five decades of experience in the workplace, spanning diverse sectors that include charities, local authorities, scientific organisations and banking. She is currently completing a PhD at the University of Lincoln focused on prosocial decision-making in business. She believes that business can be a primary force for solving global challenges. Maureen is a "purpose-driven disruptor" who challenges the out-of-date, one-size-fits-all business education and support that often ignores the human behind the brand. Through Beyond Money Education and Training CIC, she shares research-backed insights to help business owners, coaches, and educators build businesses that are not only financially viable but also socially responsible and personally sustainable.
