he Andropause is more than just ageing. It’s a real issue affecting up to 48% of men aged 45 and over, with many suffering in silence as their physical and mental health deteriorates.
James is on a mission to destigmatise what is often dismissed as ‘grumpy old man syndrome’, breaking down the causes, the symptoms and most importantly, the science based tools men can use to regain vitality, confidence and productivity.
Having experienced his own challenges as a midlife man, James shares his story of resilience and hope, encouraging other men to see vulnerability as strength, instead of weakness.
These sessions, whether in a large auditorium or in smaller groups, are not just exclusively for men. Although James values creating a safe space for men to interact, he also believes it’s important that we include women in these important conversations. Otherwise, like conversations around the menopause, it simply becomes an echo chamber.
