Far too many of us, me included, struggle with the controlling of our emotions. They pop up and take over, uninvited and can cause chaos if left unchecked. The difficulty arises when we don't fully understand how deep our emotions run. When we think we are being rational, but fail to realise that we are still in the domain of emotions which can take hold without us even realising until it is too late. If we look into our own personal lives and see the regrets, disappointments, failures, expectation, etc, we will see that those situations have arisen due to emotional decisions we have made. This talk brings the truth of our conditioning, that we are raised to rely on our emotions, instead of detaching from them. Not to be emotionless, yes, emotions have their place. But for us human beings, in order for us to better understand ourselves, we must first understand our emotional conditioning that has led to many unfavourable outcomes in our lives.

I am an initiate of the KebTah Kemetic Temples which are based around the world and their teachings are life changing, in such a way as it assists you to find within ourselves that which is hidden. My teacher is a direct descendants of one of the tribes who were instructed to take the knowledge out of Egypt and keep it until such time as it is needed. The knowledge and wisdom I have gained on my journey with them is like no other. Knowledge and wisdom being revealed from the ones who still up to this day live the life that modern man says is finished and does not exist. I speak, teach and write Medu (commonly known as 'hieroglyphs' sacred language) as well as go back to this ancient hidden culture year after year to learn from the temples. I have been a public speaker for nine years plus and I am also a spiritual educator. My talks, lectures, workshops are about assisting people with self identity, self perception, understanding how our exposures in life creates the foundation of who we have become and how to make those crucial changes to better the self. To think as our ancestors did, revering nature. My talks are about giving people to tools to self govern, to think clearly, concisely, with clarity and to recognise, realise and understand themselves better and to know 'that emotions don't think' and so much more. The modern world that we live in is full of so many distractions that take us away from ourselves. I give you the tools to refocus your life today for a better, resilient future tomorrow.
