We all feel tired from time to time, however do you constantly struggle with your energy levels and ever wonder why it could be that you are feeling TATT? (Tired All the Time). Then this is the session for you!

In this presentation, I will be covering:

  • Different types of fatigue
  • What causes fatigue - a look at some of the underlying drivers
  • What to do to fight fatigue and bring energy back

You will take away some understanding of the underlying drivers of fatigue, the possible nutrient deficiencies and ways to prevent, manage tiredness and bring energy back.

If you frequently suffer from low energy levels and want to fight fatigue, this would be useful for you to attend.
