In this inspiring and vulnerable talk, I share how weight training saved me in more ways than one. Through my personal story of rebuilding both my body and mind through the sport of bodybuilding, I challenge audiences to rethink what strength truly means. This talk goes beyond fitness. It is a very raw and real account that explores resilience, mindset and self worth. I offer powerful lessons and practical tools through heartfelt inspiration to remind people that transformation is possible, starts with the gym but lasts far beyond it.

I am a fitness coach, author and former English teacher who transformed my life through weight training and bodybuilding. After leaving a high- pressure career and overcoming personal challenges, I found healing and purpose in helping women achieve powerful physical and mental transformations. I run my own personal training business, guiding clients to become stronger, more confident versions of themselves. Author of 'Beyond the Barbell: Confessions of a Female Fitness Competitor', I also host 'The Binges to Barbells Podcast' and write weekly fitness articles on health, fitness and wellbeing. Passionate about inspiring others, I am open to speaking opportunities on topics including fitness, mental health, personal transformation and the power of resilience. My ulitmate mission is to help people believe in their potential and take control of ther lives-in and outside the gym.
