About Elaine Britten

Former actress-all my successes were small but toured the country in theatres and worked in film. Lots of interesting in between jobs from ballroom dance teacher to tour bus courier. Most recently has been working in education as a librarian. Originally from Nottinghamshire but brought up in Essex. William Morris fan and avid reader… currently researching Byron. Rossetti's Stunners first performed at the Wanstead Fringe Festival and since performed by invitation at Wi and other groups. The reviews say : that people learnt something new, informative but entertaining and humorous. A speaker with a power point presentation but also an actress who puts life into the characters from the past.
