My aim is to rid the world of OCD! one person at a time.

OCD has been portrayed as a monster but what if it’s actually the opposite? When seen as a part of us that wants to keep us safe from the things it believes we are scared of, it can be easier to relax the grip that fear has on us.

Having learned ways to stop processing in an OCD way, I would love the opportunity to help others to:

  • understand OCD.
  • learn about the methods and interventions that can help relieve OCD symptoms.
  • learn ways to support friends and family if they show OCD traits.

About Georgia Davies

My aim is to rid the world of OCD! one talk at a time.

I have learned how to stop processing my thoughts in an OCD way and I know it’s possible to pass this information on to help everyone else who needs it. Through gaining an MSc in Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing, where I was able to focus on OCD therapy at many points, I have been able to help many people, young and old, get relief from their OCD symptoms and learn how it’s possible to live a relatively OCD Free life.
