In early 2025, I travelled solo to Costa Rica to volunteer on a rainforest biodiversity project. I spent two weeks living off-grid in an indigenous reserve — tracking wildlife, sleeping in a treehouse, and rediscovering strength, simplicity, and joy.
My story, “Comfort Zone to Jungle: How Volunteering Changed My Life After 60”, was recently published in Go World Travel Magazine, and I’ve been invited to share it through speaking engagements

This experience not only reignited my passion for adventure but also led to my story being published in Go World Travel Magazine.
I’d be delighted to share my journey with your community, offering insights into embracing new challenges later in life and the profound impact of stepping out of one’s comfort zone
