About Tina Obbard

Safe Families, Home for Good hopes for a society where no family feels alone and every child has a home where they can flourish.

Established as a registered charity in 2013, our mission is to empower and support parents, carers, and hosts so that, together, we may foster positive connections and nurturing relationships—enabling children and families to truly flourish.

Over the past twelve years, we have had the privilege of journeying alongside families through both ordinary and extraordinary moments. Through the dedication of our volunteers, we have witnessed countless uplifting stories of transformation, resilience, and hope.

To date, we have helped connect over 11,000 families to their local communities, positively impacting the lives of more than 25,000 children. We have also faithfully supported many families as they explore the life-changing path of fostering and adoption—offering guidance, encouragement, and companionship every step of the way.

Together, we continue to build stronger communities where every child is seen, supported, and celebrated.
