Tony`s presentation is a visual & audio feast of the lyrics, music and stories of Bob Dylan featuring artists that have covered Dylan’s songs such as Joan Baez, Adele, The Byrds, Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, George Harrison, The Hollies, Manfred Mann, The Rolling Stones, Peter Paul & Mary and many many more.
Bob Dylan is an American singer–songwriter, author, poet and painter who has been a major figure in popular music for more than five decades.
You will hear how the young Robert Zimmerman began life in Duluth Minnesota in 1941 and rose to be considered one of the greatest songwriters of all time and awarded the Nobel Prize for literature in 2016.
Dylan has an estimated figure of more than 125 million records sold worldwide.
More than 600 musicians have released their own recordings of songs written by Dylan, creating more than 1,500 covers of nearly 300 unique songs.

Tony was born in Walthamstow in 1947 (a “Baby Boomer”)
He gave his first performance on stage at the age of six.
He joined a skiffle group at the age of 10 and has continued to perform as a drummer, guitarist, and lead singer.
Tony celebrated 70 years in the music business in 2023
In his talk "Coronation To Coronation" Tony will take you on a trip through his life and love of music from his first stage performance in 1953 to the present day
His Talk Coronation to Coronation covers his early musical influences (Skiffle, Rock & Roll etc.) his various bands, and many celebrities he has met and worked with along the way
The presentation features images & great songs from 50s, 60s & 70s. Video and audio clips that you can sing along to (and will hopefully bring back some nice memories)
All Tony`s talks use the latest PowerPoint software for the presentations and many slides are enhanced with audio clips.
He provides everything needed for the talk (laptop, projector and sound system) so only require you to provide 13amp socket ,a screen (or blank wall) – oh and of course an audience!!
His talks typically run 50 / 60 minutes but may be adjusted to suit your requirements and he is always pleased to take any questions.
He offers morning, afternoon or evening talks
