People spend their lives living with at least one fear but often don't consider where they come from or if they can be changed. Our mindset is the one thing that will keep us going, even when the body is telling us that we can't.

Looking for new positive experiences to off-set the challenging mental load within his job, Matt discovered the Army Cadet Force and set about training to become an adult Instructor over a two year period before spending the next six years within the role, training up to 50 Cadets at a time in an array of topics including handling live firearms.
It was here that he discovered the love of public speaking and teaching before realising how so many people struggled with speaking in person, on stage or behind a camera in their day to day life. This only added to Matt’s sense of wanting to help people, so he set about becoming a public speaking coach.
Now, still looking for ways to spread positivity and help others along the way, Matt is seeking to deliver talks to charities and organisations who’s members will benefit from topics covering mindset, confidence, fears and the importance of public speaking.
