ADHD: My Superpower for an Extraordinary Life
I’m thrilled to share my journey of living with ADHD—a story of struggles, breakthroughs, and a life full of unexpected adventures. Growing up undiagnosed, I was the restless daydreamer, often labeled as “bright but could do better.” Nobody understood why I couldn’t focus, why I was constantly bored, or why I seemed to thrive in chaos but struggled with routine. It wasn’t until adulthood that I discovered ADHD was the key to both my challenges and my greatest successes.
ADHD has shaped every corner of my life. It’s the reason I’ve had the courage to embrace risks and create a colorful, unconventional path. From buying my first home at 18 to moving to the USA with a product I found in a skiing magazine, setting up a vineyard attraction in France (and losing it all), and traveling the world to speak at luxury hotels—my life has been a rollercoaster. ADHD pushed me to live boldly, think creatively, and seek adventure, even when the odds were stacked against me.
But it hasn’t all been easy. ADHD comes with challenges—moments of self-doubt, impulsivity, and navigating relationships where I often felt “too much.” My journey hasn’t been perfect, but it’s been authentic. Along the way, I’ve learned to turn the very traits that once caused frustration into my greatest assets.
In my talks, I share the real ups and downs of living with ADHD. From the schoolgirl who was told to stop showing off, to the woman who learned to embrace her differences and carve her own path, my story is proof that ADHD is not a limitation—it’s a unique perspective that can lead to a life filled with creativity, resilience, and joy.
I aim to inspire others to see the beauty in their challenges and reframe ADHD as a superpower. Together, let’s celebrate the wonderful chaos of life with ADHD and remind each other that being different is something to be proud of.
