You are never too old to reinvent yourself, I give talks to widows over 50 who have giving up on themselves, I am a living proof you can pick yourself up and start again. At 59 I am dance instructor encouraging aged widows to become fit and active, give back to the community doing charity work, have a support network to prevent Isolation, Travel and Enjoy Life.
I give paid talks to women and widows in churches, community groups in the UK and Nigeria.
