For many centuries Fulwood was a small community, remote from Sheffield. Over the period covered by this book it was transformed into a suburb fully integrated into the City. Focussing on the landowners, the builders and the people who lived in the new houses, the talk gives a vivid picture of a diverse community over the 60 years up to the second world war.
