In November 2024 Lisa published her first children's book - Sedrick's Adventures in Hopeland.
Inspired by real-life events Lisa shares her, and Sedrick's stories. Inspiring her audiences to be kind, loving and caring.

In 2020, she wrote her debut novel, Katie, A New Chapter, a self-help work of fiction based on her life experiences with mental health, abuse, and trauma. Using the book whilst working recently in a prison she saw many breakthroughs with the men. She is also proud to say the book has helped to save a life.
Lisa loves writing for enjoyment and to facilitate the healing process for herself and others. Further publications by Lisa: *Tom, The Next Chapter, *Falling in Love at 40, *The audio version of Katie, A New Chapter, narrated by me.
As an inspirational speaker, Lisa openly shares her story and speaks on topics including but not limited to:

Very often, it only requires a small change to make all the difference in your life. Lisa is here to help you change the areas you feel stuck in or struggle with. A change in one area will undoubtedly improve other areas of your life. Career, health, wealth, and relationships, to name but a few.
Lisa is open to collaborations and strives to bring love, light, and inspiration to those around her.
In her spare time, she loves to walk, sing and read.
