The controversial 1988 c 14 carbon dating results of the Turin Shroud spurred scientists, researchers and Christian believers into pursuing the truth of this remarkable burial cloth - a silent witness to a crucified man. Who is that man? 'The Shroud that Came to Light' seeks to present the evidence of exactly who he is.

About Diane Drewry

I retired from teaching and now I'm a trustee and a volunteer at our local museum. My work there has encouraged me to present Talks on interesting subjects.

I have only two Talks at present being new to public speaking: one very locally based on the history of Downham Market, 'A Journey through Time' and one that I felt compelled to present on the Turin Shroud, 'The Shroud that Came to Light,' which focuses mainly on the current scientific evidence available, and seeks to answer the question of who the intriguing crucified victim on the Shroud really is.
