About Martin Gittins

I am a retired Deputy Headteacher with a lifelong interest in Local History.

I am the author of a number of books about the north of Manchester.

My other interest is singing and playing guitar, usually in folk clubs, and some of his talks are accompanied by songs and guitar.

As well as delivering talks I can also lead guided walks around several areas in North Manchester
