Views: 264 | Enquiries: 2My name is Tansy, and I am on a mission to share the importance of nature connection for well-being, personal growth and the collective health of the natural world.
I even spoke on a TEDx stage about it in April 2024 - you can watch this on the link here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fMuxo3WtCYo
I am available for speaking engagements for corporate events and conferences, media and PR events and can deliver inspirational and insightful messages that will engage the audience and offer down-to-Earth wisdom and guidance.
Despite our incredible advancements as a species, we are more disconnected and disillusioned than ever with 1 in 4 people across the globe feeling lonely and mental health illness at devastating levels. Simultaneously, the planet is suffering and crying out for our attention and yet we drift further away. Maybe it's time we acknowledge that the disconnection we are suffering from, may very well be caused by our disconnection from the Earth.
I'm passionate about sharing advice, insight, motivation and inspiration on how we can bridge the gap of that disconnection and enhance our individual well-being and personal growth which then ripples out to positively affect the collective health of all life on Earth.
Key to this mission is getting up in front of people with an attention-grabbing, thought-provoking message to deliver the insight that will transform their own lives and both inspire and empower them to make a difference in the world.
So, whether it's bringing an impactful new perspective to school through to university aged audiences on how to create a mindful connection with Nature that will support their well-being and personal growth, or delivering super-engaging keynote to corporate audiences on the power and impact of Nature connection for health, growth, and success, I'm the speaker for you.

Thinking on Your Feet
Exploring the simple act of walking, the benefits we experience from improved mental, physical health and cognitive function that boosts creativity, problem solving and productivity plus how this all gets super charged when we take our walks into natural environments and gain additional benefits from Nature.
Befriending Nature

Neurodiversity is Biodiversity
What if we looked at Neurodiversity through the lens of Biodiversity? In this talk I explore what biodiversity is and the importance of it for the natural richness we experience on planet Earth but also for our survival. Exploring the principles and behaviours of biodiversity and then comparing this to neurodiversity to help break down barriers of inclusivity and illuminate the importance of diversity.
I am open, and very happy to, create bespoke talks and workshops absolutely focussed on your specific needs and the message you need your audience to walk away with. If you have an idea of what you'd like to communicate to your audience please don't hesitate to contact me.
WHY CHOOSE ME? I have been walking alongside people out in Nature for over 8 years supporting groups and individuals with their well-being and personal growth. This has provided me with a wealth of knowledge on the subject of Nature connection, the benefits it provides and the importance of it for the collective health of the planet.
I am a passionate advocate and spokesperson for Nature based well-being. As well as my TEDx Talk at the Brighton Dome in April 2024 (Europe’s largest TEDx Conference). I have also featured on BBC Rado Kent, Surrey and Solent several times and was a writer and presenter on Well-being Radio with my own show titled ‘Journey’s into the Wild with Tansy’.
Prior to setting up my own business I achieved a successful career as a Senior Event Manager at several high profile venues in London. I am familiar and comfortable in corporate environments and have first hand experience of the pressures of working a highly demanding role with long hours, pressured deadlines and big sales targets. I know what that feels like and I experienced burnout several times.
I always offer a down to Earth and authentic energy and share my own experiences to make my speaking engagements relatable and connective. I enjoy breaking down the myths and stigma that surrounds Nature connection practice, bringing humour and honesty and injecting some science, research and evidence to back it all up.
I am very Q&A friendly and am able to bring interaction to any of my multi-media, well paced presentations or speaking engagements to ensure each member of your audience feels part of a conversation not simply a spectator.
As the sample speaking topics suggest I can share the valuable message Nature Connection from many angles however, I can submit proposals, suggestions and recommendations ahead of each speaking engagement such that it is crafted to your needs and that of your audience.
