About Evie Arnold

In 2017 I was at what felt like the “lowest point in my career”. I had received some negative feedback and was trying super hard to be anything but myself. My line manager at the time gave me the greatest gift – an opportunity to take the Clifton Strengths assessment and participate in a CS Workshop.

It was life-changing and life-affirming. For the first time, I felt like I had permission to be me and develop my unique talents. I embarked on a journey to become a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach in 2020. Already a Business Coach I began my solopreneur journey helping leaders and their teams embrace their talents and nurture them to Strengths.

Recently, I became an ACC ICF credentialed coach and my focus is serving women in leadership around the world to take back control of their time so that they wake up excited & confident to lead their teams effectively.
